Return/Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days from the time your items show delivered, to contact your seller and request a refund. You will need to ship the items within 14-days, and pay for shipping unless the wrong item was shipped, then the seller will pay for that shipping cost. The item must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered to you. Please read the entire product description when purchasing to make sure you get what you want and have a happy shopping experience!
You can go to our site, and on the menu bar click on "Our Sellers", and find your seller. Once you find your seller, click on the button that says "contact". If you don't hear from them within 2 business days, please email us at support@roxiespicks.com.
We don't do refunds and returns on items like earrings for hygienic reasons.
We don't do returns on personalized items. Refunds can be applied if the seller ships incorrect personalization from what the shopper submitted.
All final sales or clearance sales are final and we can not accept refunds.
You can cancel a product before your order gets fulfilled, after that, we can not cancel it.
